A: In order to buy an unlimited Enterprise license, the user should send a message with this request by the “contact us” section on web site (under subject REGISTRATION). The message should contain the machine License ID where XchedPro will be run (see section 5.10 LICENSE GENERATION, in the User Manual) and an e-mail to reply.
A: Yes, the XchedPro application downloaded from web is fully functional, the license check is done just before the calculation step so, a non-registered version can be used for build and test large schedules before run it in a licensed version.
A: XchedPro doesn´t have a formal technical support. Any questions should be sent by “contact us” section in the web site, under the subject ERRORS or DOUBTS. If a solution or workaround is available, the user will receive a reply.
